Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
What are the charges for a landlord tampering with a tenant's mail, i.e. mailbox lockout, notifying US postal worker that tenant doesn't reside at the property, and writing "Return to Sender" on mail and returning it to the local post office?
Can you provide the statue for Landlord Tenants Law and the US Postal Services Law?

Contact the US postal service to stop the mail problems. The US postal inspectors will handle a complaint about tampering.
