what if child is on the lease
my 18 lives with me doesnt pay rent. wont get a job. I want him to move out. he won't. The apartment complex I live in made me put him on the lease,because he was already 18. How can I get him out legally?

Re: what if child is on the lease
You will need to sue him for his portion of the rent. The lease gives him the right to stay there.
When the lease renews, make sure that he is not on the lease.
