Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
The city that I live in has been doing MAJOR work on the sewer lines on my street, in my front yard. They have been working from before sunrise to sunset 5 days for 6 months. Does my landlord or the city have any responsibilty for this maddening interuption. I have to climb over sandpiles on my way into and out of my house, plus I have to park down the street and walk home.
