Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a classic car sitting in my front lawn(on a concrete slab) covered my a tarp unless my husband is working on restoring it & has been so for the past 3 years were my husband & i rent our home. Right now, there is a civil law suite going on because of code violtions the landlord has no taking care of since we brought it to his attention, but now he is saying that I have to remove our car or he will have it towed at owners expense. the car has a tag so can he legal do that. when we ask him for the code violation he still and hasn't given it to us & we have no lease stating otherwise as well. thanks you your answer!!

As long as the car is legally tagged, it seems there is nothing that the landlord can do. Code violations can be learned of from the city, or perhaps the county. I think you will learn that you have not violated any code if the car is tagged and registered.
