commercial lease agrrement
how can i break the commercial lease agrrement i have about a year and a half left i have ask landlord to lower my rent or even to give back have of the space but no answer. is legal to just close the company down

If you formed a corporation or LLC and did not personally guarantee the rent you should be able to avoid the payments due.

You can close the company but you will likely be on the hook for whatever penalty your lease allows for. The landlord and lease can't prevent you from going out of business.
