Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Im the community that I live in, a transponder is required to get through the gate to enter the community. Recently, the association changed the system and chose a system that requires a barcode instead. This barcode is a sticker that is placed on one of the car windows. The community requires that the barcode sticker be placed on the car, and they even go to the extent of placing the sticker on your car without you knowing when they will come to your home and do it.

Is this legal? or is it a form of vandalism?

Legal - yes. Vandalism - not unless they damage your vehicle.
