condo association bans renters fom having pets
We have been renting in a condo community in st. petersburg, fl that bans renters or visitors from having pets. Owners are allowed to have pets within a weight limit. Do renters have the same right to a pet? The owner of the condo we rent does not object to us having a small dog. Does that matter?

The condo association can set its own rules.
