Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a condo in Inverness, FL (Citrus County). I didn't require my tenants to sign a lease. So I guess that's my first question, is that a major problem? The other issue is that the original tenant moved other people in that I don't know the names of. Is there a way to evict unnamed tenants?

Of course it is a problem that you have no roadmap to your contractual relationship with the tenants. yes the unnamed tenants can be included as unnamed tenants in the 3 day notice and the lawsuit. You need attorney help.
