co-ownership of home

brother n i got house equally when dad died...he says i got to move out n empty the house of all dad left behind without being compensated for my time for trash removal which wil take a month...question : can i live here until sale,,i own 1/2, and pay all property taxes and maintence bills

If you are tenants in common you have the right to live there. When the house sells some arrangement will need to be made about getting the stuff out. If you are there and using it, it only seems fair that you remove it (although, you should be able to keep it if brother does not want to help).

PS -- I suspect that removing your father's things will not take a month, unless you live in a very very big house and there is an incredible amount of "stuff."
