Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I was a co-signer on an apartment lease. The tenant was not present at the final walkthrough. The management company is imposing $800+ of repair charges. The tenant is challenging the repair list, but has no photographic evidence to support her claims. Is there any possible recourse?
