My daughter just came through Hurricane Irma, in Naples Florida.

She want to know if she can leave her leased apartment and move back to California?

Unless it is destroyed and unlivable she cannot just break a lease because of the hurricane.

if it is habitable, no. Even if not habitable, it may only lessen her obligations.
