Deny prostitutes or drug users access
Am I as a landlord within my rights to prevent a tenant from having certain types of guests, i.e. criminal element ? Can you sites a statute or case to support your finding?

How do you know there is a crime or that they are those "certain elements." If you have reasonable suspician that a crime is being committed, you can call the police.
