Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Disabled husband, daughter and I live in a campground where we have leased a lot for a year. manager wants us to leave in one month which is half our leased period. We pay several weeks in advance, are quiet, lot is clean. Only thing he could say is it is too "homey" because of our plants. They are calming to my husband who has had 2 major heart attacks, one a 5 way by pass and the other 5 stents last fall. We asked for a list of rules before moving here and were told there were no rules and we could stay as long as we want. Can they throw us out?

Not without a court order. Read your lease.

What does your lease state. Take that to an attorney who can interpret this for you. Sorry for your troubles. God bless.
