Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am disabled, with a valid handicap parking permit and live in a Florida apartment complex. The closest handicap space to my building is one building away. Recently, vistors to our complex, with valid handicap permits, have begun using the handicap spot. As a resident of the complex, do I have any rights to the handicap parking spot vs. visitors?

If you are unable to walk long distance you can have the landlord have a space provided for you in front of your building.
