duagther evicted because boyfriend drove into fence of apartment complex and cuased damage but they want me to pay for it since i had signed the lease with my daugter

Odds are you are jointy and severally liable for anything due under the lease. Note however, I do not believe that you or your daughter should be liable for the acts of others. Consequently, you should advise them to go after the offender and give his information to them. Hopefully, they will accept this and chase the boyfriend.

What the boyfriend does is the boyfriend's problem. Having said that, please read the lease, if he was an invitee then perhaps you could be liable.
