early termination of lease
If I got a better job offer in another city and I terminated my lease early. I terminated it in november and it wasn't supposed to end until july, can my lanlord charge me my full rent until july or until someone else moves in.

Until someone else moves in. Also, your landlord has to actively try to find someone else to move in. He can't just sit around and say, "I can just sue the last person, so I'm not really going to look for a new renter."
