It is the end of my lease and i want to move and my landlord wont give me my deposit because I did not give him a month notice can he do that?

If it's the end of your lease, you only have to give notice of intent to renew the lease, not of intent to move. In any case, the LL must follow procedures set out in FL statute for retaining the deposit. He must give you written notice within 15 days after the end of your lease, and you must object in writing. Any dispute will go to small claims court.
