Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Right of Entry
If tenant is removing things from a property such as light fixtures and expensive doors from a property that he is renting, what can the LL do? Should LL call Police? If these issues are visible from window, can LL enter without notice to inspect? What is the correct notice of entry- verbal, on door.... what?

Re: Right of Entry
Notice of entry is not required under Florida law "for the protection or preservation of the premises," which this clearly is. So long as you don't harass your tenant, you can enter at any reasonable time. Calling the police is probably a good idea if things are missing. I'd also speak to an attorney.
