In event of a storm or hurricane can a apartment manger remove perishables from your refrigerator if the power has been out for 24 hours or more.

For emergency purposes the landlord can enter the apartment or his appointee. 24 hours of no electric would not necessarily spoil food so not likely an emergency that would justify entry. 48 hours may be a different story. the lease agreement controls.
