Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
How do we evict a man and wife living on our property in Florida. They do not pay rent and live free as a non monetary conpensation for labor. The woman is our employee. She has worked for us for almost two years. She claims that she injured her arm while working for us and is now suing our liability insurance, and has retained an attorney. She she has complained about pain in the same arm since the beginning of her employment with us, and it is a completely bogus claim. We were advised by our ins. company to not let her work until she has been released by her Dr., so we have hired her husband, so that they would not be without income. We want the wife off of our property. If the husband goes as well, it is okay. Or they can both be evicted. We are told that the process for eviction is different for someone who does not pay rent. Can you advise me about the proceedure. Thank you

The process is a bit different, it is ejectment rather than eviction. In my opinion you should hire an attorney to assist with this process to ensure that it is done properly.
