Can I be evicted from my apartment if i've lost my job and collecting unemployment compensation?

You can be evicted if you do not pay rent.

Yes. You are not entitled to free rent. The landlord owns the property, not you.

Only if you fail to pay the rent as obligated in your lease. If you need to move, look at the lease provision regarding early termination. Regards,
