Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am being evicted from false statements. I feel like I was not heard by the court. After a judgement can I reopen the case. My landlord has tried to illegally evicted us from locking us out of the gate. And also has prevented my family from moving by lying to owner of a new rental. We are stuck

If you mean by a judgement that the court issued a Writ of Possession, then there is not much you can do. Did you hire a lawyer to defend you? Was the gate locked before or after the writ of eviction. You may have some cause since landlords cannot indulge in self-help, but, you will need to talk with your attorney immediately to help you. IF you tried to defend yourself without a lawyer, then you need to hire one immediately. If you had, you could have avoided this mess.

This is not something you can do on your own.
