Can I be evicted if my landlord hasn�t paid his mortgage in 8 months and if the bank did a motion for default? Can my landlord still evict me for nonpayment of rent?

Yes, the fact that the landlord has not paid his mortgage is irrelevant to your obligation to pay rent.
