Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Eviction??
I agreed to let me aunt stay with me at my house for 2 months, now she's refusing to leave. We don't have a lease agreement and she's never paid me anything. Can I just call the cops to get her out? Or does she actually have rights?

Re: Eviction??
You can try calling the cops and see what they do. Legally, she has no rights to stay if you only invited her to come and stay for a while. If the cops won't help you, though, you'll have to evict her.
