Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
eviction complaint
what happens if I have an agreement for a tenant to pay a certain amount monthly but there was an adjustment to the rent amount for an issue at the property. Which amount goes into complaint- the rent amount owed monthly or the rent amount owed for the month. Either way, the tenant didnt pay the amount owed.

Re: eviction complaint
The amount that was in writing. If both amounts were in writing, use the amount that was in the later writing.
