Eviction dismissal

I filed for eviction against my tenant and she paid me before the case. I dismissed the case. Am I still entitled to the court costs? How can I go about getting them back?

Your lease should address your ability to recover fees even in this case. If it doesn't, you need to have your lease re-drafted.

Once you dismiss, you're not entitled to any more money than what's provided for in the lease.
