Eviction Due to Hurricane Damage
Our apartment building was damaged by Hurricane Frances. My apartment was not touched, but others iin the building were damaged severely. If the building is deemed unsafe for occupancy, can I sue for moving expenses? I have been told that I will only a receive the return of this month's rent and my security deposit.
