eviction of ex-girlfriend

How can my boyfriend legally get his girlfriend to move out of his home? He owns the home, she pays no rent, and there is no lease. She breaks his personal property and disturbs the neighbors. Is there a notice of eviction that involves no ability for her to correct the situation? We just want her out of his house.
