When I appeal my eviction judgement in case the rehearing/reconsideration is denied can I collect for attorney fees?

There are lots of ways to collect attorneys' fees under Florida law, but you don't get them automatically. In an eviction case, for example, the statute allows for attorneys' fees in some situations. Your lease may also provide for attorneys' fees to the victor.
One thing to bear in mind, though, is that you can never get attorneys' fees if you don't have an attorney.
