Eviction Question

My brother, age 52, has been living with me for 2 years after he graduated from a drug rehab program. He has not been on a lease but sharing expenses. Unfortunately he has reverted back to drugs(crack) and is stealing and lying again. He has lost his job is is not paying rent or food any longer. Since he is not on a lease can I just kick him out or do I need some kind of legal notice? Does he have any recourse?

It depends upon wehether he will leave voluntarily. If not, you will have to evict.
