eviction of unwanted roommate

A roommate in the stat of Florida was asked to leave agred to and then has decieded to stay for several weeks since being asked to leave. This person is harassing and made unwanted physical touching of another person living in apartment. Also to be noted drunkiness dayly and false statements involving her and her dogs treatment and exibits of severe mental ,physical,and emotional condition from roommate that was asked to leave.

Re: eviction of unwanted roommate

If the roommate has signed the lease then he or she has a right to stay. If she is not on the lease, then you can evict her, but you need to follow the statute and give her notice.
