eviction of wife

I'm in the starting stages of divorcing my wife. I want her to get out of my apartment that I was renting before we started dating, but she wont go. Is there something faster than an eviction that I can do?

What is the starting stages of a divorce? Have you filed or not? If yes, then you have an attorney and he can advise. If not filed, you haven't done anything yet and she has just as much right (today) to be there as you. Make a decision what you want.

You will not be able to evict her before you file for the divorce. Is she aware that you want to divorce, and does she agree to it?
