Eviction

I let a 18 year old move into my home. My husband and myself told her that if she helped keep the house clean than she did not have to pay rent. It was beacuse she did not have a job. She has not done anyhting that we agreeded to. She now has a job but will not pay rent or help out around the home. We want to evict her but don't know what to do? I hope that you can help us.
