Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
failure of one cotenant to pay rent
How can the other tenant avoid being held responsible for the full term of the business lease
when the other cotenant is not fulfulling its obligations. Tenants have been 2 months late in paying rent. Would it be correct to arrest the personal belongings from the default tenant to be able to honor the lease contract?

Re: failure of one cotenant to pay rent
Each is fully responsible. The payor can seek reimbursement from the co tenant.
