falsely evicted

i want to know what i should do for this eviction on my credit report. when i was alledgedly evicted i was not even living on the property at the time and i also recieived my security deposit back. they say they sent the eviction someone signed for it and i never showed up to court. when i went downtown to get a copy of the eviction they said i dont owe any money .how can i get this removed off of my credit report i moved march 31 of 2006 but they claim i was evicted in june of 2006 . please help it's not fair and i don't know what to do. thank you rashunaaa dawkins
