Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My family recently moved fom Columbia, SC, becuase my mother law stated she wanted company and help around the house since my partners father and her husband recently passed away and we could stay there until September to help us out, we have been there for months now. We had a weekend vacation together and she got upset and had an argument with her daughter my partner and evicted us out of her house with out notice, we are now living inour car she has changed the locks and won't allow us to get our belongings. I want to know what legal route can i take. Desperately In Need of answers.

I suggest you speak to a S.C. attorney. In Florida she would have to give you notice and then file for an eviction. This may not be the case in SC.
