Father-in-law died in Florida with no will. He has several roommates living in his house with no lease agreement and no payment records how do I his son go about getting those people evicted

You need to get property in your name or his family names or, at least, in the name of an Estate for your father in law and get yourself or a family member appointed as the personal representative. that person can then act to evict the non paying tenants.

Probate his estate. As Personal Fiduciary you will have authority to seek eviction.
