If I have to file an eviction, do I have to list an occupant even though his name is not on the lease?

THE PEOPLE'S ADVOCATE
"[Lessee] and all others in possession," can be used as the defendant(s). Thus you only serve those that are on the Lease agreement; ie., Lessees or the Tenants.
