Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

In the "fine Print" of my lease agreement there is a clause whereby the HOA is responsible for paying the water, sewer and trash collection. I didn't see that until recently reviewing the agreement. For the past 5.5 years I have been paying. Can I get my money back from the landlord or HOA?

You need the document reviewed by an attorney. Unless the HOA is a signator on your lease, you may not be able to enforce that agreement against them. as for your landlord, the lease really needs to be reviewed to determine if they are responsible AND if you can go back 5.5 years to collect.
