Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Fire Restoration

The condo building I live in was currently involved in a terrible fire (2 units directly below mine) and all of my stuff including every inch of the condo is covered in oily sout and ash. The smell and lingering smoke was so bad that I haven't been able to stay there since. I do not have renter's insurance and neither does the tenant who set the place on fire with a candle. My landlord does not have homeowner's insurance and says that she is not responsible for repairing anything. She also states that I could still sleep ther if I changed the bed and that I should start cleaning everything myself. I would like to know if that is true and who can be held responsible for paying to get my clothes, furniture, etc cleaned.
