Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If a Florida Courthouse is closed due to weather and I have to respond in writing to a summons, are the days closed included in the weekends and legal holidays?

If your filing is due on the day the courthouse is closed, you get until the courthouse opens to file. You dont get to add in extra days. So if dueon 8/27 and court closed, you get until 8/28 or whenever it opens.
