Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Florida Landlord Tenant Law question. Senario: Student style living by UCF. 4 bedroom, common space, individual leases. Leasing office inspection found weed on the kitchen counter. Obviously, no one is claiming responsibility. Lease does contain applicable language. Complex serves 3 of the 4 residents with eviction notice (all residents actively living there). Must they evict all tenants or can they pick and choose based on who they believe the weed belongs to? Will this eviction be legally enforceable if they are not evicting all tenants? Again, weed was discovered in a common area.
