Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Is there a Florida Law to replace carpet if you've been in the same apartment for eight years and no damage has been done, just ware and tear. Just need new carpet, padding is worn down flat and carpet is very old. Thanks

There is no statute that provides for replacement period for carpet. It is covered by your lease or should be. Seek help from the landlord just as suggested by Mr. Slater.
