in florida, how long does a person have to stay at your residence without paying anything or not have any mail comming to your residence, before youcan kick them out without having to go through any legal action such as eviction notice etc. thank you

If that person is a tenant, with a lease, then you must go through the judicial process even if they haven't paid anything.
