Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I'm in Florida and have a person with a 3 year old son that I've let stay with me since this past November. The situation has become unlivable due to her attitude so I'd like to get her out. She's paid me $100 per week every week in cash other than the past 5 weeks where she's paid nothing. I gave her 4 weeks free rent to help her buy a car and get a place of her own. She's now refusing to leave. We have no written agreement what so ever. She has received some mail here and was even served a summons here. I've told her she needs to be out by Sunday. What options do I have if she does not leave?

A court action to eject is your remedy.
You need to file an ejectment
I believe you need to notify that the lease is ending. Providing statutory notice. Is she does not move after that written notice. File an eviction action. Ejectment would be the action if no lease existed
