Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
In Florida what rights does a tenant have if the home they are renting goes into foreclosure. Are they required to still make payments and once foreclosed does the bank allow them to stay for a period of time or are they evicted?

1. Yep -- you still owe rent. You can't stay for free.
2. Sometimes, but it is up to the bank and what you can agree with them
