Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Florida RV Park manager is telling pet owners in our park they can let there dogs poop and urinate anywhere but pet owner has to clean up. Do I not have the right under Florida Law to demand that Park Manager tells pet owners they do not have any right to use my or any other lot not rented by the pet owner?

In Florida, there are no such restrictions as to where your dog can and cannot go to the bathroom. Every city has their own ordinances that may differ, so I cannot speak specifically to your location. However, if dogs do poop on your lawn and the owner does not pick up after them, it is likely a violation of law.
