Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
According to Florida Statutes a landlord is required to give a notice within 30 days to the tenant in order to pose a claim on the security deposit. Because the 30 days does not specify business days, does this mean it should be counted as calendar days?

yes, calendar days not business days.
