Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
florida tenant rights
My landlord recently changed insurance carriers and has now informed that I must either get rid of my dog or vacate the premises. There is no written lease. I have had the dog for over 5 years. Do I have any legal recourse?
