Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am not sure what the Floridaordinance states for noise, but I believe that after 10:00 P.M. noise level has to be low. Can a management company (apartment complex) over ride this ordinance and extend that time?

I depends on what noise and the local city ordinance. There is no state law which applies.
